From sign-up to your first team-confirmed order, step by step.

   Create your account

   Sign up with your business name, country and mobile number, then choose a plan. Your free trial starts immediately.

   Connect your channels

   Connect eligible WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram business assets with the required Meta configuration. We never ask for your password.

3. 3

   Add your products and policies

   Enter products with sizes, colours, prices, stock and delivery charges, plus your delivery, return and payment policies. Replies only use this information.

   Choose how replies work

   Start with keyword replies, add the order flow, and switch on AI replies when you are ready. You can take over any chat yourself.

   Connect Google Sheets

   Sign in with Google once. Each confirmed order is added as a new row in your sheet.

   Follow up and grow

   See new leads, orders and conversations on your dashboard, assign them to your team and follow up from one inbox.
