Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

KarobarFlow provides software that helps businesses manage customer conversations, leads, products and orders. You can contact us at support@karobarflow.com.

For the personal data of a business's own customers (names, phone numbers, addresses, orders), the business decides how that data is used and we process it on the business's behalf. For account holders and website visitors, we decide how data is used.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash) and your role in a business.
• Business information: business name, country, city, type of business, address, contact details, currency and time zone.
• Data you add to the app: customers, leads, notes, tags, products, prices, stock, orders and order history.
• Billing information: the plan you choose and the payment details you submit for verification (method, transaction reference, payer name and date). We do not collect card numbers.
• Connected services: if you connect Google Sheets, an access token from Google, stored encrypted, and the spreadsheet you choose.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and security logs, used to keep the service safe and working.

3. How we use information

• To create and run your account and provide the features you use.
• To verify payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send service emails such as password resets and team invitations.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To protect the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Google user data

If you connect Google Sheets, KarobarFlow only requests access to spreadsheets that it creates or that you choose to use with it, plus your Google email address to show which account is connected. We use this access only to add your confirmed orders to that spreadsheet. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in your Google account settings.

KarobarFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run KarobarFlow (for example hosting, email delivery and content delivery), with services you choose to connect (such as Google), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service. Service providers may only use the information to provide their service to us.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the website and app to work: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie, a "remember me" cookie if you choose it, and cookies that remember your language and country. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, and access tokens for connected services are encrypted. Each business can only access its own data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you suspect a problem.

8. How long we keep data

We keep account and business data while your account is active. If your subscription ends, your data is kept so you can continue when you renew. You can ask us to delete your account and business data at any time, and we will do so unless we must keep certain records by law (for example payment records).

9. Your choices and rights

You can view and update most information in the app. You can ask us for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion by emailing support@karobarflow.com from the email address on your account. If you are a customer of a business that uses KarobarFlow, please contact that business first; we will help them respond.

10. Children

KarobarFlow is a business service and is not intended for children under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will update this page and the date above, and tell account owners by email or in the app.
