Terms of Service

1. The service

KarobarFlow helps businesses manage customer conversations, leads, products and orders, and connect tools such as Google Sheets. Features depend on your plan and on the development stage of each feature. Features marked as coming soon are not yet available.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account and your team members' accounts.
• The business owner manages the team, the plan and billing.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• Plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page in your country's currency.
• A free trial may be offered when you first choose a plan.
• Payments are made by the methods shown in the app and are activated after we verify them.
• Messaging platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp) may charge separately for some messages. Those charges are billed by them, not by us.
• If a payment is not received, the account may move to a grace period and then lose access to paid features. Your data is not deleted because a subscription ends.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KarobarFlow to:

• send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• break the law or the policies of the platforms you connect, including WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram policies;
• sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited goods or services;
• harass, deceive or harm anyone;
• try to access other businesses' data, overload the service or get around its limits or security.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your data

You own the data you add to KarobarFlow. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' information and for answering their requests. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Connected services

When you connect a third-party service, its own terms apply too. We are not responsible for changes or outages of third-party services, but we will tell you when they affect KarobarFlow.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep KarobarFlow available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we remove an important paid feature, we will tell you in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, KarobarFlow is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using KarobarFlow at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell account owners about important changes. Continuing to use KarobarFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
